Shipping + Handling
Customer Service is our first priority. Our goal is to make sure your order is quickly processed and safely delivered. Our inbox is checked everyday to ensure your order is on time. All orders/products are checked and made sure in good conditions before it is shipped. All units are sold by cases as we do not ship loose individually packaged items. As soon as payment is confirmed, we will send out your orders.
Shipping Methods
Truck Delivery
All orders must have a minimum of $700 for free trucking delivery. Truck delivery are currently limited to only the following states: CT, DE, MD, MA, NY, NJ, PA, RI, VA, & WDC.
Freight Shipping
Customers required to pay for freight shipping costs outside of the delivery area. If your location is capable for freight trucking service, please call us for your order at 718-788-6618
FREE Local NYC Delivery
We provide FREE LOCAL NYC deliveries for smaller orders. This only applies to orders with Manhattan/Queens/Brooklyn/State Island, and parts of NJ, and must be a minimum order of $300 or up. You must pre-paid with credit card, Zelle, or with COD (Cash on Delivery).
UPS/FEDX/USPS Delivery
Depends on your choice of shipping methods, shipping fee & length of delivery time will vary. UPS/FEDEX/USPS ONLY deliver on Monday to Friday. (not including Holidays)
Processing Time
Our processing time is 1-3 business days after your payment has been processed.
Shipping International
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international distribution options.
Returns/Exchange
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days for dry products provided the products are unused/unopened. Returns and exchanges for refrigerated and frozen products are allowed for within 7 days provided the products are unused/unopened/not spoiled. Please contact us for returns and exchange.
