Customer service is our first priority. Our goal is to ensure your order is quickly processed and safely delivered. We check our inbox every day to ensure timely communication regarding your order. All orders and products are carefully inspected to ensure they are in good condition before shipping. All units are sold by case only; we do not ship individually packaged loose items. Once payment is confirmed, we will promptly send out your order.

Shipping Methods

Truck Delivery
All orders must meet a minimum of $700 to qualify for free truck delivery. Truck deliveries are currently limited to the following states: CT, DE, MD, MA, NY, NJ, PA, RI, VA, and WDC.

Freight Shipping
Customers are required to pay for freight shipping costs if they are outside the truck delivery area. If your location is eligible for freight trucking service, please call us to place your order at 718-788-6618.

FREE Local NYC Delivery
We offer free local NYC delivery for smaller orders. This service applies to deliveries within Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and parts of New Jersey, with a minimum order of $300. Payment must be made in advance via credit card, Zelle, or COD (Cash on Delivery).

UPS/FedEx/USPS Delivery
Depending on your chosen shipping method, shipping fees and delivery times will vary. UPS, FedEx, and USPS only deliver Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Processing Time

Our processing time is 1–3 business days after your payment has been processed.

Shipping International

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you would like to discuss international distribution options, please send us a message through the Contact Us page.

Returns/Exchange

Returns and exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Dry products: Returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days, provided the products are unused and unopened.

  • Refrigerated and frozen products: Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days, provided the products are unused, unopened, and not spoiled.
